3. What the website is for
The website tells you about Rownd, which isn't live yet, and lets you join our waitlist. It's general information only. Nothing on it is an offer of any product or service, or financial, legal or tax advice. Examples on the website, such as the sample circle and the stories, are illustrations, not offers.
4. The waitlist

- We can't promise when, or in which countries, Rownd will launch.
- You must be 18 or over to join, and you may only join with your own email address.
- You can share your invite link or your share card with people you know. Please don't post it in spam or pay anyone to sign up.
- We may remove sign-ups that look fake or automated.
5. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Don't:
- try to break into it, overload it or disrupt it;
- scrape it or copy it in bulk;

We may block access to protect the website or other people.
6. Our content
The Rownd name, logo, faces, designs and text belong to GETROWND LIMITED or the people who license them to us. You may view the website and share your own share card and invite link for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
We're not responsible for websites we link to.
8. Our responsibility
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be working, up to date or free of errors.
- We're not responsible for business losses, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal data.
10. Changes
